Our honey is produced here in Scotland (with the exception of the cut comb which is imported). The beehives are moved frequently to give the worker bees the best chance of providing us with pure, delicious flavours and distinct types of Scottish honey.

A superb, strong honey, produced by the bees grazing over the wild, fresh mountainsides of the Scottish Highlands and Glens. Always considered to be the choice of the connoisseur!

Heather Honey (340g)
As the Scottish hillsides slowly develop their change to deep purple, it is the flowering of the heather which gives the mountainsides their characteristic appearance. Only then are the hives moved into the hills to give the bees access to the glorious heather nectar and thus provide us with the choice of the connoisseurs, Scottish Heather Honey.
