Fresh milk from the Friesian cows is used in our soft cheeses, such as our multi-award-winning Arran Blue. We also have a wide range of Scottish cheddars that are just perfect for using in lots of cooking dishes, or just enjoy in a cheese sandwich. We have something that everyone will enjoy.
